Thank you for your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be processed for purchases made through our platform.
1. Consumer Right to Cancel
As a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return the Product within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day after the completion of the transaction. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send us your cancellation notice before the expiration of the 14-day period.
2. How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision by contacting our support team directly. You can also use the model cancellation form provided below or any other clear, unambiguous statement through our available communication channels. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request without delay.

4. Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your cancellation. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
5. Exception to The Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to digital content that has already been downloaded, streamed, or otherwise accessed or to products that have been used or benefited from.
6. Refund at Our Discretion
Refunds are provided at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis and may be refused if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior. However, your rights as a consumer are not affected for products that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
7. Payment via Wire Transfer
If payments were made via wire transfer, it is your responsibility to provide the correct payment details, VAT/sales tax code, and order information. Transactions made via wire transfer are not protected under consumer protection laws and are generally not eligible for a refund. In cases where the transaction amount exceeds $/£/€100, you may be entitled to a refund, including the sales tax, at our discretion.
8. Indirect Sales Tax Refund Policy
If you have been charged sales tax on your purchase and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the sales tax amount, subject to the applicable laws. Refund requests must be made within 60 days of completing the purchase. After 60 days, refund requests will not be processed.
9. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. To cancel your subscription, please contact us at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellations will take effect on the next payment date. Refunds are not provided for unused subscription periods. If you are on a free trial and decide to unsubscribe before we start charging, you must cancel before the trial period expires.
If we are unable to successfully charge your payment method, you remain responsible for any unpaid amounts, and we reserve the right to cancel your subscription.

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time and add additional terms. Any changes will be communicated to you and become effective immediately upon acceptance. If you refuse to accept such changes, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement.
11. Transfer to Supplier
This agreement and our rights and obligations may be transferred to the supplier upon receipt of written notice from the supplier. In this case, you will continue to perform the agreement and be bound by its terms.

We are not responsible for third-party materials included in or linked from the products or services.
